Senior Technical Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10+ engineers, ensuring effective execution and performance
• Act as the primary client interface, providing daily updates, weekly/monthly reports, and participating in review meetings
• Own and drive end-to-end release management, including:
  • Feature planning and tracking
  • Issue tracking from previous releases
  • Cross-team coordination
  • QA execution and sign-off
  • Customer support coordination
  • Final delivery of committed milestones

• Apply strong SDLC knowledge to drive internal and external teams
• Collaborate with automation teams to implement CI/CD workflows using Jenkins
• Provide technical guidance in Networking and IoT domains
• Oversee QA activities including test planning, defect management, and release readiness
• Manage GitHub repositories (code reviews, branching strategies, release handling)

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Matter, Thread, Zigbee, BLE, Wi-Fi, or similar IoT communication protocol
• Hands-on experience in IoT solution development or QA/testing
• Good understanding of connected home ecosystems and smart device integration
• Knowledge of the end-to-end IoT product lifecycle (development to certification)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills

Educational Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech, MCA, MSc – IT
